THE FULL STORY
ICEBLU
I am Albert Mancini, AKA Iceblu, a Chicago-based music producer, song composer, and musician who specializes in electro/ dance/ house/ techno music.
For a long time, I have been a ghost producer for many other artists and have never thought of producing music under my own name. But, life is about sharing and music is meant to be shared. It is you, my listeners, that I hope to reach in a moment when you may need something more. What I do, I do to share with you, and as long as you like my music and videos I will continue creating them.
If I get to touch your feelings with my lyrics, if I make you want to dance and sing, then I feel that my goal has been accomplished.

THE
COMPOSER
When I compose, I start with improvisation. I follow my heart, thinking what the notes are telling me, where I am, what I am doing. My environment, the mere life in a big city influenced me as much as life in the small city. The first snowfall, pure and white, can be as inducing as the relief that the falling rain brings at the end of a hot day. The feelings inside me, my love, frustrations, and happiness can motivate me to channelize them into a composition. I want for my songs to take you somewhere away from where you are, and I want to stay with you for at least a little while.
THE
PRODUCER
The sound can be influential.
I constantly strive to listen to the multitude of sounds around me, noise, rhythm of machines, cars, wind. Incorporating some of those everyday sounds into a composition can bring about many different emotions. I really enjoy designing sounds, in order to step away from the regular path.

THE
MUSICIAN
The world is simply beautiful and people are the most precious creation on the earth.
I lived in many countries, from Europe to South America, from Asia to North America. All these cultures have made their cultural mark on my music in the way I see art.
Having my own family in the various fields of art for several centuries did not help me. My family did not believe in music as a profession. They told me to get a real job. So I went to college for many years and acquired several degrees, among them Corporate Law and a Masters in Economics... My job took me around the world, but I felt that something was missing. To alleviate this sense of void, I ghost-produced for many years, until now that I retired from everything else, and now have time to fully dedicate myself to create music.
